Middle Tennessee Daffodil Society
Established April 5, 1958
  

The Middle Tennessee Daffodil Society (MTDS) is a plant society
based in the Nashville and middle Tennessee area.

MTDS is dedicated to promoting the appreciation and cultivation of daffodils.
Membership is open to anyone anywhere who would like to join.





Join us for our fall meeting and bulb swap
at
Cheekwood Botanical Gardens
in Nashville, TN, on Sunday, October 25, 2009
at 1:30 pm.
Becky Fox Matthews will present
"Daffodil Hybridizers and their New Introductions."

The spring MTDS meeting will be at
Cheekwood Botanical Gardens
on Sunday, March 21, 2010.

The Middle Tennessee Daffodil Society's
next show will be held at

Cheekwood Botanical Gardens
on Saturday and Sunday,
March 26 and 28, 2010
.

The 2010 ADS National Show and Convention
will be held in Murphys, CA.
at the Ironstone Winery on March 11-14, 2010.



 

Activities of the MTDS include fall and spring membership meetings,
an annual daffodil show, a fall bulb exchange and newsletters. 

MTDS members work with staff at Cheekwood Botanical Garden,
an American Daffodil Socity Display Garden,
to maintain and improve the Hardison Daffodil collection.
